Jurnal ini mencakup tentang analisis perencanaan balok beton pracetak ukuran 45 cm x 274 dan plat 40 355 cm. Analisis perhitungan momen menggunakan program SAP 2000. Struktur desain yang digunakan yaitu beban mati hidup. Mutu dalam penelitian fc’ 29,05 Mpa, dengan angkat ketika berumur 3 hari 7 hari. Kombinasi 1,4 D (Beban Mati) 1,2 + 1,6 L Hidup). Pada tulangan atas 3D19, 2D22, 4D13,dan bawah 2D22 3D19 umur positif 5,6 knm, negatif 5,5 knm tahanan nominal 87.772 kNm memnuhi syarat, 1,79 3,58 90,23 syarat. D16-150 mm 2,450 total lendutan 1,498 mm, 0,870 0,746 lebih kecil dari pada maksimal Lx/240 sama 14,792 memenuhi
